Job Description:
City Properties Real Estate is seeking for an experienced Marketing Manager to implement global property strategy in local market and work with the General Manager in developing joint marketing plan. Monitors industry and local marketplace, adjusting marketing plan as needed to achieve maximum success. Generates conceptual ideas and implements marketing plan to enhance corporate image, recognition and reputation of the company through high quality advertising, public
relations and tenant services. Educates sales associates and staff on various national and local marketing opportunities, programs and tools. Develops opportunities to showcase the company's properties. Prepares individual marketing and advertising plans for new construction and develop tenants. Makes presentations for new developments. Manages local Marketing staff including hiring, training, performance management.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must have Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of Experience.
  • Prior real estate sales experience preferred.
  • Skilled in developing tenant relationships, coaching, managing processes.
  • Must be self-motivated, tenant focused.
  • Must have UAE driving license.
  • Arabic and English Speaking.
